1. Service model
PlugoutSpam provides managed business email protection, including spam filtering, domain-level email controls, quarantine, guided DNS setup and backup MX functionality. Where enabled, backup MX temporarily stores incoming email when the customer's primary mail server is unavailable and delivers queued mail when that server becomes available again.
2. Standard plan
The Standard plan is sold as a yearly subscription per protected domain at the price shown on the PlugoutSpam website or invoice. The Standard service is designed to support unlimited email IDs under the customer's protected domain, subject to fair-use, technical, security and abuse controls.
3. 30-Day Paid Trial
The 30-Day Paid Trial is a one-time charge for the trial period shown at checkout. It provides access for the stated 30-day period. Renewal, continuation or conversion after the trial is governed by the order and pricing information presented at the time of purchase.
4. Enterprise and custom services
Enterprise/custom arrangements are quote-based. The quotation, order confirmation and agreed commercial terms determine the applicable setup, subscription period, limits, support scope and fees.
5. Billing and renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable service period. The invoice states the amount, currency, billing period and due date. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment arrangements and timely payment. Overdue invoices may result in reminders, service restrictions or suspension after the applicable grace period.
6. Currency and taxes
USD pricing is used for international checkout and INR pricing may be offered through the enabled local payment gateway. 18% GST extra on INR payments for Indian customers by default, subject to the GST setting configured by the administrator. International/USD payments do not include GST. Currency conversion shown for INR checkout is an operational pricing conversion and the final invoice amount displayed at checkout controls the payment. Applicable taxes, including GST where required, are shown separately on the invoice.
7. Service access and usage
Access remains available for the paid service period, subject to account status, acceptable use, security requirements, provider dependencies and the Terms & Conditions. Customers are responsible for the domains and mail-routing settings they connect to the service.
8. No refund policy
Pricing and subscription payments are subject to PlugoutSpam's No Refund Policy. Payment reversals caused by duplicate capture or payment-processing errors may be investigated separately.
