1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PlugoutSpam websites and services. PlugoutSpam is operated by Dawar Creativity and provides managed business email protection, including spam filtering, domain controls, quarantine, DNS guidance and backup MX services. By creating an account, purchasing a service or using the service, you agree to these terms and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout.
2. Services and fees
Service fees are charged according to the pricing shown on the PlugoutSpam website, quotation or order. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are payable in advance for the applicable service period. Extra usage or optional services may carry additional charges where the applicable plan or order describes them.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and ensuring that people using your account are authorized to do so. Primary account contact information must remain current so that important service and billing notices can reach you.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful business and personal purposes. You must not use the service to facilitate fraud, abuse, malicious activity, unlawful communications or activity that could harm the service, its infrastructure or other customers.
5. Email and routing responsibilities
You are responsible for controlling the domains you connect to the service and for configuring the DNS, MX and mail-routing settings required for operation. You remain responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the email you send and receive.
6. Payments and overdue accounts
Invoices are due on the dates shown. If a payment remains unpaid, we may send reminders and may suspend or restrict service after any stated grace period. Restoring service may require settlement of overdue balances.
7. Cancellation and no refunds
Customers may request cancellation, but PlugoutSpam has a no refund policy. Amounts already paid for digital services, subscriptions, trials or provisioning are not refundable except where a payment processor or applicable law requires a payment reversal, or where an objectively duplicated payment is confirmed.
8. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but no internet service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet connectivity, third-party dependencies, security events and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
9. Intellectual property
PlugoutSpam branding, website content, software and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited right to use the service during your subscription and do not receive ownership of the underlying software.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugoutSpam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful activity, security threats, abuse or material breach of these terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a curable issue.
12. Changes
We may update these terms or our pricing and service offerings from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and may be communicated through the service.
